1. If possible, examine your furniture before it is polished

2. The quality of furniture is determined by examining the details and the inner surfaces before assembly.

3. The thickness of each board used to make a piece of furniture must be milimetrically equal. To obtain this result the surface of mdf or particle board must be rechecked. This procedure enables the veneer to adhere the board perfectly.

4. Both sides of the board is veneered wiht the same quality and thickness of material which will provide to get the same amount of air and become equally strong. Otherwise deformation occurs on panels.

5. Panel edges must be protected and made sronger with solid wood. Thick wood veneer or pvc which is also the surface.

6. The quality and function of metal accessories used in the assembly of furniture are as important as the main material.The asccessories are fixing and joining devices, screws, locks and its parts, hinges, drawer mechaninms and handles. Good quality accessories prevent the furniture from breakingdown or worning out. Provides security in transportation and easy use.

7. Good varnish protects the furniture from external affects. Besides, it gives a fine feeling at touch and a beautiful look. If the polish is properly applied the furnitıre lasts very long.

8. A special treatment in polishing is needed to avoid fading or changing in colours as the years go by.

9. The floor should be smooth and level otherwise doors and drawers do not work well.

10. Be sure that the packing during transportation is good and suitable for the furniture.

  Please bear in mind that;

• Double screwed handles should be prefered rather than single
• Two handles should be used on wide drawers. Appropiate rail should be choosen according to the weight the drawer will carry.
• Three hinges should be used in high cupboards and wardrobes.
